Position Summary: 

As a Data Analyst, you will work with data analysis both quantitative and qualitative, in the discipline of Big Data, to help the organization make better business decisions. Also, through data analysis, cross-functional coordination, and hard work they will help with business strategy and ensure the organization continues to grow organically and sustainably while maintaining good practices. This role is for doers; You will need to be able to get into the details and get the job done while at the same time being able to see the forest through the trees. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the buildout of performance indicator reports for divisions across the company and analyze causes of unexpected variances.
  • Manipulate and analyze large and complex data sets to distill insights from data; connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations using creative, effective, structured, and analytical thinking.
  • Design, develop and automate dashboards and analytics, centralize data sources, and keep data sources up-to-date.
  • Understand the requirements of partners and map them with the data sources/data warehouse 
  • Support high priority (i.e. cross-functional, high impact) projects to improve operations performance Collaborate with Client Services Managers for customer requirements and deliver complete reporting solutions.
  • Standardize data and report consumption across all operations groups.
  • Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve the operational metrics Train workforce members in the use of new reporting tools.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  •  This role is for doers; You will need to be able to get into the details and get the job done while at the same time being able to see the forest through the trees.
  • Ability to think creatively; Builder who is ambitious. Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Collaboratively focused and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and growing business NetSuite, Workday, Anaplan, SAP, Salesforce.com experience a plus. 
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Looker, Excel, MS Access, SQL, Data modeling and Power BI.

 

Education and Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Previous experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related fields. (preferred).
