Sales Development Representative (SDQ)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a new Sales Development Representative to join our team. You’ll play a key role in introducing businesses to our unique values and establishing contact, developing and maintaining relationships with our partners; recommending solutions, providing support, and information, helping them unlock new levels of success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture rapport with both existing and potential clients, emphasizing the importance of a trust-based relationship
- Gather valuable insights from interactions with leads and funnel this information back to the marketing team
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings with potential clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges
- Oversee existing accounts, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. Regularly collect feedback to improve services and products
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience with sales; demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals
- Customer-Centric: Always puts the client's needs and concerns at the forefront, aiming to provide the best solution and service
- Ability to analyze sales data, understand market trends, and use insights to strategize and optimize sales efforts
- Negotiation Skills; proficiency in discussing terms, prices, and other deal specifics to arrive at a mutually beneficial agreement
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to articulate ideas, product value propositions, and address client concerns clearly and persuasively
- Adaptable & Self-Reliant; able to adapt tone and style to different prospect personalities.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools (such as HubSpot) to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales funnels. Experience with Sales Enablement tools (such as Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Apollo, Lavender,…) is a big plus
- Be highly organized; having a clear process for handling high-stress situations through proper time delegation.
- Solution-oriented, proactive, open to feedback, and a team player who understands the importance of collaboration and values input from other departments and colleagues.
- Belief in the ability to develop and improve through effort and learning. Strives to achieve the best outcome possible.
Education and Experience:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in related fields
