○ Remedial: Intervening with underperforming leaders to address root causes and turn performance around.

● Accountability: Exercise the authority to follow up and hold Directors accountable for the execution of their Action Plans and behavioral changes.

● Executive Support: Handle specific, high-level coaching sessions or requirements for C-Level/Executive roles on an ad-hoc basis as business needs arise.

● Design, build, and implement a comprehensive leadership curriculum and framework, ensuring a unified "language of leadership" across the organization.

● Create and refine learning paths specifically for the Director and High Management tiers.

● Act as the primary architect for leadership development materials, moving beyond ad-hoc training to structured, competency-based development.

Group Facilitation & Team Dynamics

● Facilitate high-stakes workshops and team alignment sessions to address dysfunctions or strategy shifts within Director-level teams.

● Support the Learning & Development Manager in defining the organizational leadership strategy.

● Act as a resource for the executive board on how to have effective developmental conversations with their direct reports.

Evaluation and ROI Analysis

● Collect and analyze data to measure the ROI of coaching interventions, focusing on retention, internal promotion rates, and eNPS scores of the teams managed by the coachees.

● Prepare detailed reports for the L&D Manager on leadership gaps, progression velocity, and behavioral shifts observed during coaching cycles.

● Utilize 360-degree feedback and performance metrics to validate the success of the coaching engagement.
