We're seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to manage and close opportunities within the e-commerce, healthcare, and BFSI industries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high-performance sales culture, prospect for new business, upsell and cross-sell, and deliver results against a quota.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Engage in the market as an industry expert, focusing on building Horatio's presence within the e-commerce, healthcare, and BFSI sectors.
- Identify and evaluate new partnerships, leveraging knowledge of current market trends.
- Nurture and grow relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored outsourcing solutions.
- Actively seek and acquire new clients in e-commerce, healthcare, and BFSI industries.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize penetration.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences, positioning Horatio as a premier BPO partner.
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
- To inform strategic decision-making, and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Achieve revenue targets by exceeding sales quotas and closing deals.
- Passion for selling into and building relationships in e-commerce, healthcare, and BFSI industries.
- Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
- Experience in the BPO environment selling services such as customer support, fraud prevention, back-office operations, and digital transformation.
- Experience in a customer acquisition client-facing role, with a focus on account growth and strategy creation.
- Strong understanding of CX-related digital technologies and outsourcing solutions.
- Experience in pricing, contract negotiations, and proactive, thoughtful proposals.
- Business development, sales, and origination experience across multiple geographies.
- Excellent negotiation, business management, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of selling and presenting to C-level executives.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Develop a business development strategy to engage an identified target list—based on assigned accounts and utilizing your network.
- Qualify at least 15 opportunities per year with the formula to close 4 deals per year.
- Build confidence and trust with accounts through close partnerships and by repeatedly delivering as promised.
- Optimize internal relationships with sales support and Client Services.
In this role, you’ll work remotely or out of our office in Miami with the support of a dynamic team. We provide digital tools for collaboration and flexibility to work from our Horatio HQ, offices, or flex spaces.
