Wholesale Account Specialist (SDQ)
Position Summary:
The Wholesale Account Specialist is a foundational hire for the clients' growing wholesale business. This role sits at the operational core of the wholesale team, supporting day-to-day account management and ensuring wholesale partners have a seamless experience from order to delivery.
You'll work directly under the Head of Wholesale — a role we're also building out — meaning you'll be part of shaping how this function operates from the ground up. That's a real opportunity for someone who's excited to grow with a team, not just slot into one.
Day-to-day, you'll own the Elastic Suite B2B platform, keep wholesale accounts running smoothly, and serve as a key point of contact between partners and internal teams. You'll need to be organized, communicative, and comfortable in the weeds — whether that's troubleshooting an order issue, updating a catalog, or coordinating timelines with the product team.

Responsibilities:
- Support wholesale accounts by resolving order-related questions and issues
- Manage and maintain the Elastic Suite B2B platform, including catalogs, customer accounts, and order processing
- Coordinate with the product team on new arrivals and timelines, and communicate updates to wholesale partners
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced English proficiency
- Familiarity with Shopify and Elastic or similar order management systems
- Ability to learn quickly and ramp up with minimal oversight
- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables
- Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and smarter workflows
Education and Experience:
- Experience supporting an apparel brand with B2B sales (e.g., specialty retail accounts)
