Sourcing Recruiter (BOG)

Position Summary

We are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter to centralize and execute all candidate sourcing activities. This critical role involves the daily coordination of sourcing efforts and requires close partnership with both recruiters and hiring managers. 

Responsibilities:

• Co-develops and implements an effective sourcing strategy
• Works together with the recruitment team to define candidate profiles
• Sources suitable candidates through various sourcing channels
• Drafts and sends out recruiting emails to potential candidates
• Proficient in leveraging diverse sourcing tools and technology
• Reaches out to different types of candidates and engages with them, promoting our Employer Brand 
• Able to build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs
• Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them
• Keeps track of candidate documentation, and will be responsible for maintaining employee records updated
• Follows up on employee referrals
• Manage the recruitment process for Interns.
• Supports recruitment interviews during on-site hiring events

Qualifications:

• Advanced English proficiency
• 1+ year experience with recruiting responsibilities or in a recruiting/sourcing role within the BPO industry
• Must be able to meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with changing priorities
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise effective judgment, confidentiality, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships in the course of work.
• Proficient in the use of various candidate sources and recruiting systems
• Team-oriented and willing to contribute to the overall workflow of the department
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
