Position Summary:

We are looking for a content creator who will fully own the social media presence of an executive across Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. This role is equal parts strategy and execution: you will shape the executive's voice, build a content engine, and publish consistently with high editorial standards. You must have an excellent command of written English and the judgment to represent an executive’s point of view with clarity and credibility.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the executive’s social strategy for Instagram, X, and LinkedIn, including positioning, pillars, audience growth, and content cadence.
  • Translate business priorities into a cohesive narrative and content plan that supports company goals.
  • Write and edit executive-level copy in English (posts, carousels, captions, short-form narratives, and comments) with a consistent voice.
  • Plan, produce, and publish content end-to-end: ideation, scripting, drafting, filming, editing and/or design coordination, scheduling, and posting.
  • Capture and repurpose content from the CEO (meetings, speaking moments, notes, voice memos, interviews) into high-performing formats.
  • Manage a weekly and monthly content calendar, including launches, milestones, events, and thought leadership moments.
  • Create lightweight assets when needed (simple graphics, carousels, reels edits) and coordinate with designers or videographers for higher production pieces.
  • Build an engagement routine: comment strategy, community management, and relationship-building with relevant creators, founders, and industry voices.
  • Monitor performance, iterate quickly, and report insights (what is working, what is not, and what to test next).
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise strong judgment on what should or should not be posted on behalf of an executive.
 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Advanced English proficiency. 
  • Proven experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn for a B2B (US Market) or multinational brand. 
  • Strong video content creation skills, with an eye for storytelling. 
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills. 
  • Experience with content scheduling tools and analytics platforms. 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
  • A creative mindset with a data-driven approach to content performance.
 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
