Position Summary:
The Accounts Payable Lead directs the AP department by supervising team workflows and ensuring financial integrity. This role manages the logistics of imports and fixed asset control while ensuring precise accounting records. The Lead is responsible for providing transparent reporting on pending liabilities and optimizing the company’s cash flow through rigorous oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Supervision and Control of the Accounts Payable (AP) Cycle
- Accounting Records & Journal Entries:
- Payment Management Billing & Invoice Control
- Import Logistics Management
- Fixed Asset & Inventory Control
- Tracker Utilization & Monitoring:
- Process Optimization:
- Data Analysis
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Expert in managing the full Accounts Payable cycle, fixed asset control, and import logistics.
- Proven track record in process optimization and data analysis to drive operational efficiency.

- Proficiency in Google Docs, especially Spreadsheets.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting & Logistics
