Senior Marketing Lead (SDQ)
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing/Go-To-Market Lead who will drive growth by deeply understanding our partners, setting strategic goals, and building high-impact marketing and business development initiatives. This role blends account management, marketing strategy, sales strategy, and business development, ensuring that our activities align with partners' success while driving measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of marketing and sales, enjoys uncovering insights, and knows how to leverage campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives to fuel business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the GTM team reporting to you
- Set clear, measurable goals for the marketing and business development team, aligning with company objectives.
- Ensure marketing initiatives contribute to lead generation, revenue growth, and partner success.
- Track progress and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Meet potential partners to understand their needs, why they came to us, and recommend ways we could help them.
- Build strong relationships with key partners to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess what’s working, what’s not, and identify areas where we can provide value.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring partners see tangible benefits from collaborating with us.
- Suggest campaigns, events, and activations based on partner insights and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to elevate our partners (e.g., leveraging their speaking engagements, industry contributions, or collaborations).
- Ensure our marketing efforts create mutual value—driving business for both our company and our partners.
- Gather and analyze data from partner interactions to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities.
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies, new initiatives, and business development efforts.
- Define and implement a reporting structure to track the effectiveness of campaigns, partner engagement, and overall marketing impact.
- Align with leadership and stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Regularly review KPIs, engagement metrics, and ROI to optimize strategies.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong account management or partner relationship experience—ability to understand, support, and drive value for partners.
- Strategic thinker with experience developing and executing campaigns that generate business impact.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable gathering insights from data and using it to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Proactive and adaptable, able to identify opportunities and take initiative.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and reporting tools is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
- 4+ years of experience in business development, marketing, partnerships, or a related field.
