Mental Health Support Advisor

We are seeking a licensed clinical professional to provide critical, life-saving support. You will be the primary lifeline for members in high-risk situations, offering empathetic and professional guidance when it matters most.
 

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent (near-native) written, spoken, and comprehension in English is a requirement for this job
• Bachelor’s in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field + Active Exequatur (Required).
• 2 years working with high-risk patients.
• Background in mental health, crisis intervention, and longitudinal member care.
• Empathetic, professional, and culturally sensitive verbal/written skills.
• Highly organized multitasker who excels in fast-paced, scheduling-heavy roles.
• Tech-savvy (CRMs) with a strict commitment to accuracy and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Critical Incident Response (CIR) coordination or delivery.
• Experience working in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or similar clinical environment.
