Recruitment Analyst (SDQ)
Position Summary:
At Horatio, delivering exceptional customer and brand experiences starts with an exceptional employee experience. The fundamental mission of this role is to champion the growth and retention of our existing team members by building a robust, transparent, and data-driven internal mobility program. The Recruiting Analyst will be a key contributor to the organization's talent strategy, with a primary focus on internal mobility, competency-based talent evaluation, and internal recruitment. Will manage the full internal recruitment cycle, from promoting job postings and designing selection processes to maintaining an active talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:
A. Internal Mobility & Initiatives Management
- Collaborate and promote internal job postings, ensuring vacancies are visible to all eligible staff.
- Design and execute the internal selection process, guaranteeing transparency,
- objectivity, and equal opportunity.
- Provide constructive feedback to internal employees participating in promotion
- processes to support their continuous professional growth.
B. Competency-Based Evaluation
- Define and update competency dictionaries specific to each job family.
- Administer and interpret psychometric and personality assessments to identify
- growth potential.
C. Internal Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for internal positions (posting, headhunting, interviewing, and selection).
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical organizational roles.
D. Consulting & Analytics
- Advise department heads on talent needs detection and profile definition.
- Generate reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding turnover, promotion effectiveness, and time-to-fill.
- Collaborate with the Organizational Development team on talent mapping and succession planning.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced English proficiency
- Analysis & Synthesis: Ability to interpret individual potential beyond a resume.
- Assertive Communication: Skill in managing expectations for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ethics & Impartiality: Integrity in handling internal promotion processes, avoiding bias or favoritism.
- Results Orientation: Focus on filling vacancies with the best cultural and technical "fit.
- Strong command of Competency-Based Management models.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) platforms.
- Knowledge of assessment tools (Lumina, DISC, PDA, Thomas International, or similar).
- Intermediate Excel skills for database management and reporting.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years in similar roles within recruitment, selection, or talent development.
