People Experience Analyst (BOG)

As a People Experience and Culture Analyst, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for all our employees by supporting our initiatives, activities, and events. As a member of the PEC team, you are expected to reflect and uphold Horatio’s culture of integrity, respect, and harmony at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Engagement: Help drive company-wide programs, events, and initiatives that reinforce employee engagement.
• Meal Program Management: Lead our food benefit program (lunches and dinners) responsibly and impartially, ensuring employees comply with policies and responsibly utilize the benefit.
• Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by facilitating training sessions and providing logistical support.
• Vendor Relations: Maintain ethical and responsible relationships with various Horatio vendors.
• Internal Communications: Manage employee Slack channels and organize team-building activities to foster camaraderie and a collaborative culture, ensuring all communications are professional and clear.
• Clubs: Lead our Club initiatives with the support of the PEC team.

Required Skills and Aptitudes:

• Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Data Literacy: Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with large volumes of data.
• Proactive Mindset: A highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
• Determination & Empathy: The firmness required to achieve results, combined with a kind and empathetic attitude.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Slack, with the ability to troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn new skills and continuously improve.

Education and Experience:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Education: Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Language: Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency
