Marketing/Go-To-Market Specialist (SDQ)
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing/Go-To-Market Specialist to support our growth initiatives, drive partner engagement, and help execute strategic marketing and business development campaigns. Reporting to the Go-To-Market Lead, you will play a key role in managing relationships, gathering insights, and ensuring our partners see value in working with us.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a passion for marketing, partnerships, events, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing relationships with key partners, ensuring we consistently add value.
- Conduct check-ins and research to understand partner needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Track partner activities (e.g., speaking engagements, events) and help develop campaigns to maximize impact.
- Support the development and execution of marketing and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing to create content, outreach materials, and partner activations.
- Assist in planning and executing events, sponsorships, and collaborations that drive growth.
- Gather and analyze community and partner insights to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track campaign performance and assist in reporting key metrics.
- Maintain an organized CRM or tracking system to ensure seamless follow-ups and relationship management.
- Help standardize reporting processes for partner engagement and marketing efforts.
- Use existing SOPs, create new SOPs, and related training materials
- Support the Business Development Lead in preparing presentations, reports, and strategy recommendations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong relationship-building skills—able to communicate effectively with partners and internal teams.
- Interest in marketing, partnerships, events, and growth strategies.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable working with data to extract insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying new opportunities.
- Experience with CRM tools, reporting tools, or marketing platforms is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, partnerships, or a related field.
