Position Summary:

We are seeking an Account Manager to manage an exclusive portfolio of high-net-worth individuals globally. You will use email, phone, and Telegram to build long-term relationships and ensure clients are satisfied with our digital wealth services. Your goal is to maximize account revenue and safeguard our client base through expert consultation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with a global list of elite private clients.
  • Maximize account revenue by aligning client needs with our financial products and services.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our product portfolio, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deliver greater value and grow your client portfolio.
  • Keep Salesforce records meticulously up-to-date to ensure data accuracy for management.
  • Advocate for the "voice of the customer" across internal departments to improve services.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent (near-native) written, spoken and comprehension in English is a requirement for this job
  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
  • 3–5 years of sales or account management experience in Fintech or Financial Services.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and G-Suite/MS Office.
    Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, A customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven mindset with a strong "problem-solving" aptitude.
  • Bonus: A passion for digital assets, DeFi, and the crypto ecosystem.
 

Education and Experience:

  • Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Specialist or Account Manager.
  • 3-5 years in a sales or account management role in a Fintech or Financial services company
