About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly and helpful Support Engineer to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with questions and troubleshooting issues related to our API. You'll use your problem-solving skills to guide customers through solutions, primarily focusing on understanding their needs and explaining technical concepts clearly and simply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support via various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).
- Help customers understand and use our API documentation.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client-reported API-related problems and identify potential issues.
- Explain technical information in a way that's easy for non-technical users to understand.
- Contribute to our knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.
- Work closely with the engineering team to provide customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with cryptocurrency or blockchain technology is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to read and understand information related to backend systems.

- Senior college student.
- Prefer previous experience working as a software developer.
- Experience working with APIs.
- Previous experience in a support role.
