Business Operations Specialist (SDQ)
Position Summary:
You will support our company goals by working on different strategic initiatives which will involve coordinating with different departments of the organization including client accounts, operations, human resources, workforce, and IT services. This role is for someone who can think critically and analytically about new process creation, identify risks/issues, and come up with creative solutions to those problems.
Responsibilities:
- Build, audit, and evaluate business processes and work with different areas of the business to advance the processes and department strategy.
- Create and manage forms for employees to use that are linked to Excel outputs which require you to manipulate data to show specific metrics.
- Support audits of internal platforms to make sure we have accurate data.
- Manage condition-based forms (“if this then that”) and workflows that automate tasks.
- Work heavily with Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create business reports.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Have advanced Excel skills (a test will be administered during the interview process).
- Understand how to build processes from scratch.
- Can coordinate with multiple departments and levels to achieve business results.
- Enjoy working on different projects each day and managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Economics
- Previous experience in statistics and analyzing data
