Position Summary:

As a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the remuneration policy of the company and Personnel Administration, setting the guidelines to maintain the balance of the remuneration packages with the aim of continuing to be equitable, competitive, and, at the same time, efficient in costs.


  • Design, implement, communicate, and manage the strategy for the company's compensation plan.
  • Conduct ongoing and international benchmarking and market analysis to ensure we are competitive in the market. 
  • Conduct internal analysis and report on the current status and advise on future action plans.
  • Define global Compensation strategy
  • Definition of job functions and salary band
  • Support annual salary review exercise
  • Interface with employees for the enrolment in our benefits pool
  • Equity Compensation
  • Participate in the Engagement Surveys
  • Performance and Growth analysis
  • People Dashboard 
  • Track time off and absenteeism


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Google Sheets knowledge (charts, dashboard, etc). 
  • Ability to work autonomously, owning the projects/activities end to end.
  • A proactive, "let’s get things done" attitude geared towards continuous improvement.


Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years experience as a Compensations & Benefits Analyst.
  •  Bachelor's degree in industrial psychology, business administration or related fields.
