Position Summary:
We are seeking an Account Manager to manage an exclusive portfolio of high-net-worth individuals globally. You will use email, phone, and Telegram to build long-term relationships and ensure clients are satisfied with our digital wealth services. Your goal is to maximize account revenue and safeguard our client base through expert consultation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with a global list of elite private clients.
- Maximize account revenue by aligning client needs with our financial products and services.
- Maintain expert knowledge of our product portfolio, market conditions, and competitors.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deliver greater value and grow your client portfolio.
- Keep Salesforce records meticulously up-to-date to ensure data accuracy for management.
- Advocate for the "voice of the customer" across internal departments to improve services.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent (near-native) written, spoken and comprehension in English is a requirement for this job
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- 3–5 years of sales or account management experience in Fintech or Financial Services.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and G-Suite/MS Office.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a high-paced environment. - Proficient in MS Office, A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven mindset with a strong "problem-solving" aptitude.
- Bonus: A passion for digital assets, DeFi, and the crypto ecosystem.
Education and Experience:
- Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Specialist or Account Manager.
- 3-5 years in a sales or account management role in a Fintech or Financial services company
