In this role, you'll be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring they thrive with our platform. Your ability to navigate various organizational levels, combined with your commercial acumen and strategic mindset, will be key to driving customer growth and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your expertise in retail, e-commerce, the Shopify ecosystem, and D2C to consult on their business challenges and objectives.
Work with marketing and operational leaders to optimize for customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
Conduct regular business reviews and workshops to empower clients to maximize the full potential of our platform.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and executive buyers.
Identify customer pain points and position thoughtful, tailored solutions that lead to meaningful value and expansion opportunities.
Demonstrate the continuous value of our solutions by successfully renewing and expanding your book of business.
Collaborate closely with internal teams—including sales, product, and marketing—to inform product development and strategic decisions.
Act as a highly visible ambassador within the e-commerce ecosystem, partnering with clients, agencies, technology partners, and leading e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications:
BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Client Relations Specialist, Key Account Manager (KAM), or a similar role.
Compensation: DOP 55,000 + incentives and growth opportunities.
