Position Summary:
The Happiness and Wellness Specialist will support the Happiness and Wellness (H&W) team by developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the overall work environment. This role includes creating and executing impactful wellness programs, optimizing employee engagement initiatives, and delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for each new team member to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage monthly and weekly wellness events.
- Supervise event planning, promotion, and adherence to the activity schedule. Distribute and analyze satisfaction surveys.
- Prepare and coordinate onboarding and flash-onboarding sessions.
- Moderate and host onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure a seamless and engaging introduction to the company.
- Administer, coordinate, and facilitate sports leagues.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in Advanced/ fluent English
- Proficiency in Canva design is beneficial
- Advanced written communication skills (experience in copywriting is an advantage)
- Exceptional proficiency in computer skills
- Demonstrated commitment to the personal growth and development of each employee
- Outstanding teamwork abilities and the ability to promptly resolve unforeseen situations
- Enthusiasm for and dedication to providing service
Education and Experience:
- A degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in coordinating activities and planning events is essential
