Legal Analyst (SDQ)
Position Summary:
The Legal Analyst supports Horatio’s Legal Department by assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing insights that contribute to legal strategies and compliance efforts. The position is full-time.
Responsibilities:
● Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including contracts, NDAs,
and various legal documentation.
● Assist in gathering documentation, evidence, and data relevant to ongoing legal
cases or internal investigations.
● Assists the team in the legal and administrative fields.
● Carries out procedures and investigations before public and private sector institutions,
courts, and monitors the procedures until the transactions are effectively finalized.
● Help organize case files and prepare exhibits or summaries.
● Respond to internal or external legal inquiries professionally and accurately.
● Track deadlines and ensure all legal activities stay on timeline.
● Other functions in the Department that are required
Required Skills/Abilities:
● Proficient in English (spoken and written)
● Excellent organization, time management, problem solving skills and demonstrated
sense of urgency
● Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and passion for results
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively
● Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics.
● Own vehicle (preferable)
● Teamwork, proactive and interested in developing and learning
Education and Experience:
- Law degree and bar admission
- Exequatur
- 2+ years of law experience in the role or similar positions
