Brand Strategy & Experiences Specialist (SDQ)
Position Summary:
The Brand Strategy & Experiences Specialist plays a key role in shaping and elevating Horatio’s brand presence both internally and externally. This person will work closely with the Recruitment Marketing team to enhance employer branding efforts, drive commercial collaborations, and curate impactful brand experiences that engage employees, clients, and potential talent.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment Marketing & Brand Awareness:
- Plan and coordinate recruitment marketing events (e.g., job fairs, open houses, university activations).
- Execute brand awareness campaigns, including influencer and brand collaborations.
- Develop and oversee local brand partnerships to enhance Horatio’s visibility.
- Track and report on brand awareness impact within the Dominican Republic market.
- Support the creation and execution of content marketing initiatives for recruitment marketing.
- Assist in yearly and quarterly planning, including budgeting for brand experiences.
- Submit monthly and quarterly reports detailing the success of events and campaigns.
Internal Employee Marketing & Culture Initiatives:
- Support and execute internal employee experience events, including:
- Horatio Pride
- Horatio Anniversary Celebrations
- Horatio Management Offsites
- Horatio Health Fair
- Manage and track internal marketing requests to support various departments.
Client Marketing & Experience:
- Plan and coordinate client-focused events, such as Client Summits and special engagements.
- Provide production support for client-facing content marketing and activations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong event coordination and production skills—experience in managing recruitment events, brand activations, or corporate events is a huge plus.
- Proven ability to build partnerships with brands, influencers, and organizations to drive visibility.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset—experience in tracking brand awareness metrics is a plus.
- Passion for creating engaging experiences that strengthen company culture and brand reputation.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in PR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in event coordination, production, and brand partnerships is preferred
