Performance & Paid Media Lead (SDQ)
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Performance & Paid Media Lead to own both strategic growth marketing and hands-on paid media execution. This role is a hybrid of performance marketing and paid media management, responsible for developing high-impact digital marketing strategies, optimizing conversion funnels, and managing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-driven, with a strong background in performance marketing, paid acquisition, data analytics, and media buying. They will oversee ad spend, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and marketing analytics, ensuring all initiatives drive revenue growth and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies across paid, organic, and owned media.
● Optimize conversion rates (CRO) by A/B testing landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging.
● Implement marketing automation, retargeting, and audience segmentation to improve efficiency.
● Track customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to optimize spend allocation.
● Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
● Write copy for all performance marketing and paid media initiatives.
● Own media buying, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
● Continuously test and refine ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies.
● Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry best practices to improve ad performance.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing attribution.
● Implement tracking mechanisms, UTM tagging, and pixel integrations for accurate data collection.
● Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
● Collaborate with the analytics team to improve attribution modeling and customer journey insights.
● Work closely with creative, content, sales, and product teams to develop high-converting campaigns.
● Align with sales to ensure marketing efforts drive pipeline and revenue growth.
● Partner with web developers to improve site tracking, UX, and landing page performance.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel paid campaigns and optimizing marketing funnels.
- Deep understanding of analytics, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong A/B testing experience with ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion flows.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing.
