Position Summary:
At Horatio, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented analyst with strong public speaking skills to support internal documentation management, assist in onboarding processes (HR information), and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Must maintain high confidentiality levels, handling sensitive information, and possess intermediate English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and manage internal documentation
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding sessions for new hires (HR information)
- Maintain organized and up-to-date employee documentation by internal policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in reviewing official documents for onboarding
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and communication).
- Proficient in Google Sites, Google Drive, and general office tools.
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, ethics, and responsibility when handling confidential documents.
- General understanding of labor laws and government platforms.
- Proactivity and the ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Teamwork and adaptability
Education and Experience:
- Degree or senior student in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
