Sourcing Recruiter (BOG)

The Sourcing Recruiter will play a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities and within the Recruitment team. This role will coordinate all the sourcing activities but also work together with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Co-develops and implements an effective sourcing strategy
• Works together with the recruiters and hiring manager to define candidate profile
• Sources suitable candidates through various sourcing channels
• Drafts and sends out recruiting emails to potential candidates
• Has knowledge of how to use the various sourcing channels
• Knows how to use sourcing tools and technology
• Is able to reach out to different types of candidates and engage with them
• Promotes our Employer Brand when they reach out to candidates on various platforms
• Is able to build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs
• Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them
• Keeps track of candidate’s documentation, and will be responsible for maintaining employee records updated
• Follows up on employee referrals
• Will be responsible for the Interns recruitment process 
• Supports recruitment interviews during on-site hiring events

Qualifications:

• Advanced near-native English proficiency
• 1+ year experience with recruiting responsibilities or in a recruiting/sourcing role
• Must be able to meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic work environment with changing priorities
• Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise effective judgment, confidentiality, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships in the course of work.
• Proficient in the use of various candidate sources and recruiting systems
• Team-oriented and willing to contribute to the overall workflow of the department
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
• Ability to execute and prioritize multi-task projects
• Experience with Cuota Sena (preferred)
