We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Internal Audience Admin Associate to support internal engagement initiatives through effective audience management and data analysis. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and segmented audience lists, supporting internal communications campaigns, and assisting project managers with reporting and survey performance insights. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of data accuracy, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal weighting requests, including audience targeting and reporting needs.
- Assist Project Managers in compiling and delivering survey performance data, ensuring key audience insights are communicated clearly and effectively.
- Prioritize tasks and initiatives to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results.
- Respond to and resolve platform-related bug requests from internal clients, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for addressing platform-related issues by determining if they stem from user misunderstandings, market research methodology questions, bugs, or requests for enhancements.
- Resolve tickets when possible or escalate them to the proper team for resolution.
- Maintain and improve our product & engineering escalation portal and internal
documentation, inclusive of having strategic ownership of auditing ongoing usage and implementing new technology to increase efficiencies. - Act as the liaison between the teams working on each issue and the requester, providing detailed updates and communicating the urgency of the issue to both parties.
- Communicate important updates and notifications to the entire company when platform issues arise that require broader awareness.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data tools or communication platforms (e.g., Excel, internal CRM/email tools, survey platforms).
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in resolving technical or process issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
