As the Senior Lead of Account Managers, you will lead and scale a high-performing team of Account Managers dedicated to serving our high-net-worth (HNW) global clientele. You will be the architect of our relationship strategy, ensuring your team provides world-class service while hitting aggressive growth and retention targets in the crypto and digital asset space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and coach a team of Account Managers to exceed their KPIs and professional development goals.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and implement account retention and expansion strategies to maximize client engagement across the HNW segment.
  • Senior Escalation Point: Serve as the senior point of contact for high-value clients, stepping in to facilitate complex discussions or resolve sensitive issues.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee Salesforce hygiene and reporting for the team, ensuring data accuracy and providing leadership with visibility into team activity and performance.
  • Market Mastery: Stay ahead of the curve on global crypto regulations, DeFi trends, and competitive fintech products to ensure your team remains a trusted advisor.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams to streamline the client onboarding experience and influence the product roadmap based on client feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years in Account Management or Sales within Fintech or Financial Services, with at least 3 years in a direct people-management role.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem (yield products, lending, trading) and traditional wealth management.
  • Client Centricity: Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with HNW individuals or institutional clients.
  • Coaching Mentality: Strong ability to diagnose performance gaps in sales staff and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and the ability to use data to drive team performance.
  • Communication: Exceptional English skills; you must be able to communicate complex financial concepts with clarity to both internal stakeholders and sophisticated clients.
