Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Lead to help direct our Bogota recruitment team. In this role, you will spearhead high-level strategic hiring initiatives across all levels, ensuring our recruitment practices closely align with the company's objectives.


Please note that proven leadership experience and a strong background in recruiting within the BPO industry are strict requirements for success in this role.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Recruitment Specialists, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture through regular 1:1 coaching, skill-development sessions, and continuous feedback.
  • Partner with the Recruitment Manager to drive departmental strategy, optimizing workflows to meet complex organizational objectives while maintaining peak team engagement.
  • Execute data-driven leadership by monitoring KPIs, managing departmental budgets, and auditing recruitment trackers to ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain excellent collaboration and working relationships with support areas.
  • Work with the Recruitment Marketing team to align business needs and ensure a healthy, consistent candidate pipeline.
  • Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and maintain accurate records for both Staff and Associate vacancies.
  • Demonstrate exceptional discretion and sound judgment when handling HR affairs, including resolving disputes and interpreting organizational policies.
  • Actively champion the Horatio culture and values within the team and ensure it is reflected in all professional interactions with team members, candidates and stakeholders.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional near-native English communication skills.
  • Proven expertise in BPO recruitment, demonstrating a deep mastery of high-volume metrics and industry speed.
  • Strategic leadership aptitude with the ability to scale operations and mentor professional recruiters.
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership mindset to effectively support, scale, and optimize the team's recruitment efforts.
  • Proven experience leading stakeholder meetings, presenting recruitment progress, and collaborating on target candidate profiles.
  • Superior ability to deliver results under pressure within a fast-evolving work environment.
  • Strong level of influence and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated discretion, good judgment, and adaptability in various situations.
  • A demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Proficient in utilizing diverse candidate sources and ATS.

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of comprehensive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • 4+ years in dedicated leadership positions, specifically within the BPO sector.
  • Professional in Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
  • Experience recruiting staff and administrative roles, including manager and director-level positions.

This is an on-site role in Bogota.
