Talent Management Receptionist (SDQ)
Position Summary:
Horatio is looking for a Talent Management Receptionist, to provide reception and administrative support to all Human Resources Members, mainly to the Talent Acquisition Team of Horatio. The role will provide reception support to various HR staff to ensure the smooth running of the Talent Management and reception area.
The incumbent will be essential to ensure our applicant perceives the service and or employees as accessible, youth-friendly, and welcoming. The Receptionist is generally the first point of contact with the public. As such it is essential that they are pleasant, courteous, highly professional, and able to interact with a wide and diverse consumer group. The Receptionist will work proficiently in a fast-paced environment and the headspace of Horatio.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors may have.
- Prescreen Walk-in candidates, ensuring they meet the English and recruitment requirements before advancing the candidate to the interview step with the recruiters.
- Provide information about the establishment, such as the location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
- Analyze data to determine answers to questions from employees or visitors.
- Schedule space or equipment for special Recruitment activities and prepare lists of participants.
- Answer phone calls, screen, provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments in a polite and friendly manner.
- Setting up the reception area and keeping it looking presentable throughout the day.
- Support the Human Resources department with internal and external tasks.
- Ensure compliance with the dress code.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Intermediate English skills (spoken and written)

- Punctual with a strong attendance history.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or general education (GED) is required. College students are preferred.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in an office environment. Experience as a receptionist, HR role, or administrative experience is preferred.
