The People Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring a positive employee experience. This role includes collaborating with various departments to facilitate smooth administrative processes, improve people-related processes, and maintain overall HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage an effective coordination process for candidates and hiring managers that will enable scaling of the recruiting processes. This includes scheduling interviews, kicking off new roles, and managing the interview process for each new role.
- Post new requisitions
- Process onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Process and upload change letters
- Triage People Team requests and escalate where necessary
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HRIS data.
- HR document Audit when necessary
- Prepare and distribute reporting via HRIS system, as requested
- Takes ownership of tasks and projects with minimal supervision
- Other tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications
- Advanced near-native English proficiency
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, people operations, or general administrative roles
- Ability to handle multiple and diverse objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive
- Attention to detail
- Embrace change with a great attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity
- Comfortable working with diverse groups and stakeholders
