We are looking for a licensed clinical professional to join our specialized Behavioral Health team. This isn’t just a support role—it’s a clinical front-line position. You will provide in-the-moment support, psycho-education, and crisis intervention, ensuring every member receives a high-touch, empathetic experience while navigating their mental health journey.
 

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide immediate psycho-education and solution-focused interventions for mental health and substance use concerns.
  • Conduct risk assessments, develop safety plans, and manage high-risk follow-ups to ensure member safety.
  • Direct members to the right care by coordinating connections with therapists, coaches, and physicians.
  • Manage after-hours support and global team consultations to ensure 24/7 service stability.
  • Maintain precise, professional documentation and HIPAA-compliant communication with all stakeholders.
  • Partner with Billing, Product, and Operations teams to resolve barriers and optimize the member experience.
  • Participate in clinical case consultations and mentor/onboard incoming team members.
     

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent (near-native) written, spoken, and comprehension in English is a requirement for this job
  • Active LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist designation.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.
  • Mastery of crisis assessment, safety planning, and familiarity with CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness techniques.
  • Exceptional listening, written, and verbal skills, with a deep commitment to cultural awareness and respect.
  • A tech-savvy multitasker who can switch contexts quickly and is comfortable learning new digital platforms and CRMs.
  • Ability to remain fully engaged and focused during shifts, maintaining the highest ethical and confidentiality (HIPAA) standards.
  • A "go-above-and-beyond" attitude to provide a premium, white-glove experience for every member
